Never. Every session generates unique scenarios with different airports, weather conditions, crew dynamics, and technical failures. The AI adapts its difficulty based on your responses, strong answers invite deeper probes, while gaps receive targeted coaching.

You choose the mode. A Full Mock Interview runs 30 to 60 minutes and covers multiple ICAO competencies with a full scored debrief. A Quick Focused Drill runs 10 to 15 minutes and targets a single competency with instant feedback after each response.

If you subscribe to the Annual plan and don't progress to command within 12 months of subscribing, email support@upgradealready.com with a signed statement confirming the outcome and we'll refund your annual fee in full. You need to have completed at least 10 training sessions on the platform, which we verify from your account activity, and you need to submit the refund request within 30 days of your Command Assessment result. No airline letter needed, we know airlines don't always issue them. The guarantee is scoped to Command Assessments that include a scenario-based interview component; if your assessment format is materially different (for example, a pure oral exam or a simulator-only evaluation), the platform may still be useful but the guarantee does not apply. Yes. Your sessions, scores, and progress are visible only to you. The platform does not share individual performance data with your airline or anyone else. Aggregated, anonymised metrics may be used to improve the product, nothing that identifies you is ever surfaced.
